3. Construction (2 units) and reconstruction (24 units) of buildings Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) under the U-Lead program (2017-2018)
My core functions - construction management (including management of design and construction contractors, preparation of tenders). For the first time in Ukraine, we used a new construction solution used light structures(sip panels) in administrative buildings
Main features:
26 buildings of 200 m2 on average for 1.5 years (permits, development of project documentation, construction, commissioning)
2 new buildings (Polonne - Khmelnytsky region, Mykolaivka - Sumy region) used revolutionary technology for admin. buildings in Ukraine - light buildings from SIP panels with energy-saving technologies, including heat pumps, recuperation, etc.

7. Development of design documentation for a combined cycle gas turbine power plant in the Aveva PDMS system with a BIM model
My core functions -
head of the integrated design department. Responsibility - implementation and use of Aveva PDMS 3D design system, implementation of project management based on MS Project, Primavera.
Basic project data:
Power - 2x151 MW
Each power unit includes the following economical gas and steam turbine equipment:
• Gas turbine, gas compressor, steam turbine, generator (all - Mitsublshi, Japan);
• Waste-heat boiler manufactured according to the design of the company (Nooter / Eriksen, USA);
• Steam turbine condenser (UBA, USA) .
Secondary gases of metallurgical production are used as fuel - a mixture of low-calorie blast-furnace and converter gases enriched by adding coke oven gas
